COMPANY POLICIES
All orders require a non-refundable down payment. Established customers may not be required to post this deposit, at the discretion of Grafix Express. After vinyl has been cut, or the screen produced, a 100% cancellation fee will be
charged.
All orders require written approval for any artwork or other work to be completed, no exceptions. This may be by email or initializing the form provided by Grafix Express.
Rush orders will be assessed a fee equal to 50% of the total order.
New customer orders will remit amount due at the time of delivery. Established
customers may apply for a credit account. Account holders must pay for orders,
in full, within 7 days of delivery. If payment in full is not received within
7 days of delivery the customer agrees to pay any costs associated with collection of the debt. Articles delivered to the customer are property of Grafix Express until the order has been paid, and are
subject to repossession.
There will be a $100.00 service charge for all returned checks.
Grafix Express does not offer refunds. Store credit will be issued only for typographical error of Grafix Express
or in the event of garment/substrate/vinyl failure. It will at the sole discretion
of Grafix Express personnel whether the item failed due to misuse.
Grafix Express assumes no liability/warranty for garments purchased elsewhere and printed by Grafix Express. Grafix Express is not responsible, and will not replace any garment purchased from
a vendor other than Grafix Express whatever the reason even if Grafix Express damages the garment during any printing process,
and/or Grafix Express errs during the printing process.
Care instructions will be given with each order. Grafix Express is not
responsible for damage caused by failure to follow instructions. It will be determined
by Grafix Express personnel if the item was damaged due to misuse.
An estimate fee of up to $100.00 may be charged for estimates given. Estimate
fees will be deducted from the sale price if the item is purchased from Grafix Express.
Estimates will be valid for 7 days from date of estimate, unless noted on the estimate form.
Artwork submitted by the customer should be in EPS, vector or Corel format.
If any other type of file is submitted, Grafix Express will charge an art fee for “clean up” and conversion
of the artwork. From time to time, Grafix Express may be required to hire an
independent artist to design artwork. The customer will be responsible to pay
for any artist fees prior to production. Art fees are separate and independent
from any Grafix Express fees. Any changes to artwork submitted after payment
is made will result in additional cost to the customer. Prior to initialing the
final artwork sample, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all artwork is to the satisfaction of the customer.
Grafix Express may, at its discretion, sub-contract any work to any company.
Tax exempt certificates must be presented at time of order, or appropriate sales tax will be charged.
Grafix Express reserves the right to use any completed project as advertisement, to include use on the Grafix Express
website.
Orders containing copyrighted materials will only be completed after the customer furnishes Grafix Express permission
to use such copyrighted materials. It is the responsibility of the customer to secure such permission from the firm holding
the copyright.
The customer agrees to hold harmless, Grafix Express, its agents, owners and employees, for any product liability,
defects or any costs incurred by the customer.
All artwork created/edited is copyrighted by Grafix Express. Artwork
may not be reproduced in any fashion without permission of Grafix Express.
Business hours are 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. We are closed Saturdays, Sundays
and holidays. You may schedule an appointment after normal business hours. If you fail to arrive for your scheduled appointment or delivery, Grafix Express will
charge a $25.00 fee. You may avoid this fee by calling no later than 1 hour prior
to your appointment to cancel.
