Orders are not considered "placed" until all of the following have been done:
1. Artwork is approved
2. Sizes are furnished (as well as styles and colors)
3. Payment is received
Once all of this is done, you order will begin production. ANY CHANGES YOU MAKE TO YOUR ORDER, MAY START THE PROCESS
OVER.
When planning the outfits for your cheer/dance team, do so early. Typically the items most
wanted are not available and must be back-ordered after the middle of April. Some back-orders can take up to 6 weeks
to ship. Call Grafix Express and beat the rush.
Customers sometimes bring us garments bought from other stores. While you may think you are
saving money, the fact is, we can usually provide the garment and printing for less than the garment itself cost you.
We recently found an Augusta polo shirt at a local sporting goods store. The price was $32.00 with no graphics or printing.
GRAFIX EXPRESS offers the exact same garment, bought factory direct, with a price of $18.00 with ink/vinyl, or $24.00 embroidered.
Garments purchased elsewhere may be constructed from materials that require special inks/vinyls
to print. This results in increased costs to you.
Before you purchase a garment somewhere else, call GRAFIX EXPRESS first.
Make sure that your artwork is in CorelDraw, EPS or AI format. Sacnned/photocopied artwork
will require extensive "clean-up" resulting in art fees.
